Offset your Web3 carbon footprint with KlimaDAO

DOVU is partnering with KlimaDAO as a Klima Infinity analytics partner. We’re excited for this partnership as it means we’ll be helping people instantly measure and offset the impact of their Web3 activity through Klima Infinity.

Why Klima Infinity?

Klima Infinity aims to enable organisations and individuals to become carbon neutral and carbon positive, as well as create transparency around climate-positive actions. It also encourages holders of KLIMA to participate in KlimaDAO’s growth and governance. As more users onboard, the KlimaDAO ecosystem will grow in utility and visibility –  giving more value to tokenised carbon credits.

It’s in sync with DOVU’s mission.

Irfon Watkins, our CEO and co-founder has this to say: “We’re involved with Klima Infinity because we believe that collaboration between ReFi DAOs and projects is essential – and our two missions are in sync. The voluntary carbon offset market cannot be viewed through a ‘winner takes all’ lens; climate change is not going to be overcome using a dated capitalist mentality.”

How will it work?

Our carbon footprint calculator will be connecting to the soon to launch self-serve Klima Infinity interface. This tool will help users calculate their personal carbon crypto debt, through integrating with MetaMask. Enter this carbon value into Klima Infinity to offset these carbon footprints.
